Joining HRD in 2006, Jennifer began her career with the company as a Recruiter. Through the years Jennifer was promoted to Recruiting Manager and subsequently the Vice President of Search and Supplemental Staffing. She has been part of the company's development of their robust research function, process definition and expansion of geographic impact.
