What is the meeting fee policy?
If you register for the meeting, payment is required.
Payment is not refunded for non-attendance at the meeting.

Are cancellations accepted?

Yes, if made prior to noon on the Wednesday before the meeting.
You should email the Meeting Manager to request a cancellation.
